3) Amiable: They are team players, sensitive to the needs of others, and relationship-oriented. They care about doing a good job but aren’t necessarily detail-oriented
4) Driver: Drivers are task-focused; they want things done now. Make decisions quickly. Expect that you’ll be proactive in getting what you need to do your work
